Ensures 100% test coverage when developing test cases.
Develops manual test scripts, identifying expected results and corresponding test data for execution.
Keeps the test suite up to date with new features added or changes made to existing features.
Executes manual test scripts, captures actual results, and reports anomalies.
Follows up on the timely resolution of anomalies and re-tests as required.
Carries out all QA-related tasks in accordance with defined standards and procedures and completes them on time.
Staying up to date with emerging software Testing trends and technologies.

Assist in Mentoring & Coaching
Implement Ideas of process automation.
Additional Job Description
Relevant experience in a similar role for 8 - 10 years.
A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required for this role, and relevant industry certifications are often preferred.
Good Understanding in creation of Test Plans & designing Test Scenarios.
Good Understanding of STLC, Testing / UAT Testing/ Smoke Testing
Basic knowledge of SQL programming
Ability to work both in a team and independently.
Set priorities and meet deadlines
minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Canada or US Defined Benefit Domain
Good Analytical & Logical Skills
Participate in test strategy and test plan definition
Propose solutions or workarounds to counteract problems encountered
