Creation of moderately complex test scripts.
Review Functional Requirements documents and interact with other departments to ensure accurate understanding of requirements and testing to be conducted.
Conduct independent hands-on requirements-based software testing, including writing test specifications and cases, identifying and entering project reports in a tracking database and organizing larger investigations to isolate systems issues, if needed.
Work with offshore testing resources to ensure test scripts and test script execution is complete and meets internal SOP and regulatory requirements, as needed.
Effectively communicate and collaborate within the department and across the organization by proactively driving solutions to testing issues and escalating as needed.
Help define, write and review QA SOPs and update as required.
Understand and comply with applicable regulations and all company processes as outlines in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
Performs other duties as directed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Understanding and experience implementing test strategies and test plans.
Ability to perform manual testing against enterprise UI web applications.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Experience of working within an agile environment.
