Quality Manager will be responsible for heading the Quality Function for India/ Global business, managing and adhering to Quality Management systems.
Responsible for leading a team of 4-6 members. In addition, you will be responsible for coordinating with other engineering and support organizations to drive solutions.

What you'll bring:
Define and drive execution of the quality management processes within development projects, focusing on critical elements such as: Risk Management, Customer Requirements, Quality Targets, Continuous Improvements and adherence to Compliance
Manage the team supporting ASIA Software Quality Assurance activities.
Drive End to End Internal Audits
Development of software quality assurance standards
Monitor, track and report project/software quality assurance metrics by product and by engineering site
Monitor, track and report project/software process conformance metrics
Alignment of project/software engineering work group’s objective with annual Veoneer’s business objectives
Application, adherence, and evolution of Veoneer corporate and local product development processes to software engineering’s work products
Interface with Veoneer’s Engineering Quality Department to ensure alignment with CMMI/ ASPICE/IATF quality practices
Strong Interpersonal ,Collaboration and leadership Skills
Outstanding Communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualification: BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech
