The Software Quality Engineer executes Information Services (I.S.) Quality Assurance (QA) processes with moderate guidance. He/She identifies problems, generates alternatives, and recommends solutions within defined processes. This position documents the progress of assigned tasks to ensure objectives are met. He/She collaborates effectively with QA team members, application developers, software vendors, consultants, user communities, and test environment technical support staff in the execution of testing procedures. This position supports testing efforts of small to medium complexity. The Software Quality Engineer is knowledgeable of the key processes and technology within the business functions he/she supports.

Design test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures.
Document software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers.
Identify, analyze, and document problems with program function, output, online screen, or content.
Test system modifications to prepare for implementation.
Provide feedback and recommendations to developers on software usability and functionality.
Create or maintain databases of known test defects.
Install, maintain, or use software testing programs.
Monitor program performance to ensure efficient and problem-free operations.
Design or develop automated testing tools.
Investigate customer problems referred by technical support.
Perform initial debugging procedures by reviewing configuration files, logs, or code pieces to determine breakdown source.
Primary Skills:
BDD, C#, Feature Files, Gherkin, Selenium, Agile/SAFe, Kubernetes, Azure, good communication skills
Test Framework experience; Agile experience, knowledge of SaFe; experience on designing test automation scripts, automated test execution and reporting.
Develop execute and maintain automated and manual test scripts based on new requirements and defect fixes
Playwright using C# is added benefit
Experience on working in BDD
Experience with automated testing tools such as Specflow, Selenium Webdriver
Experience in programming language . net C#
Understanding of performance testing tool - JMeter
Minimum Qualifications:
Knowledge and Testing experience on any one of the market WMS like Manhattan WMS, JDA/Blue yonder, Softeon WMS or any other is a must.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of Testing experience
Experience in Automation Testing Tools primarily UiPath
Experience working on Agile Development Methodology
Self-Motivated Learner
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor's degree and/or master’s degree in computer science or related discipline or the equivalent in education and work experience
