Build Good functional understanding of the Forms and Workflows in the product
Should have understanding about API Testng.
Build overall understanding of Trust Accounting system business
Set up the forms and workflow customizations in UAT and production environment working in coordination with the client implementation team
Validate/Test the client specific customizations in UAT and Production environments
Active coordination with onshore client implementation teams
Good communication Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games
Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the team
Experience applying a wide variety of well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach(example: numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs,etc)
Previous experience as a team lead or as a Business Analyst
Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
Qualification: BCA/BSC/BE/ME/B.Tech/M.Tech (Information Technology/ computer).
