Essential Responsibilities:
Well versed with functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, end to end testing to ensure the complete coverage of the test conditions for respective module
Hands on experience in building test environments which involves installation and configuration of software
Understand Software testing life cycle along with defect life cycle management
Should be experienced in test processes, procedures and deliverables regrading testing
Should have exposure to automation
Develop automated tests to improve reliability and repeatability of frequently run software tests.
Create and maintain test environment for automated software testing.
Work closely with development team and product team to understand the requirements
Have experience in reporting project testing status.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in any stream (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)1- 5 years of experience in Software testing.
Requirements
Experience in at least 2 programming languages, including Java.
Experience in Scripting languages – Java Script, Python etc..
Familiarity with automation frameworks – Selenium, BDD etc..
Exposure to Agile methodologies and techniques.
Good problem solving and analytical ability.
Excellent communication skills.
