Supporting the development and growth of a testing practice, including test automation development and multi-product end to end testing.
Design, code, and document automated test cases within a defined framework.
Translate functional solution documents into thorough and complete test cases.
Work with the business and development teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects and other related issues.
Develop software interfaces between the system under test and the automation framework.

REQUIREMENTS:
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
Three to Five years of work experience in a testing role.
Entrepreneurial mentality of rolling up the sleeves and doing whatever is necessary to meet goals.
Ability to think analytically, solve problems, make decisions, and collaborate and work with a team in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to quickly understand abstract concepts and break it down into clear features and user stories applicable for effective implementation.
2+ years’ experience with Selenium, Postman or SoapUI required.
2+ years’ experience with Java Scripting required.
Experience testing web-based applications and API testing.
Knowledge of diagramming software including Gliffy and Microsoft Viso.
Extensive knowledge of engineering and testing procedures.
Good problem-solving skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and think out of the box.
High-level technical writing skills.
Experience working in Agile development projects, and ideally worked on large scale projects where a hybrid of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies were utilized by technology teams.
Ability to interact and develop relationships with all levels of personnel, including management, from both business and technology teams.
Good organizational skills and the ability to adapt and handle multiple activities with changing priorities simultaneously.
Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps, Azure, AWS or other Cloud and SaaS is desired but not required.
Experience with Software code management and build systems such as SVN, TFS, Jenkins is desired but not required.
Experience with BMC Helix and Atlassian JIRA is a plus.
Language Ability:
Strong communication skills with an ability to express complex business concepts in technical/functional terms via presentation, written and oral format.
Must be able to communicate with internal and external customers in a clear, concise, and understandable manner both verbally and in writing.
Must be able to communicate effectively in a remote environment.
