About the role:
We are looking for a highly-skilled Mobile/Web test automation engineer to design automation tests. Test automation engineer’s duties include designing automation test scripts and finding solutions for automation problems. You should also be committed to developing skills in order to provide up-to-date solutions.
To be successful as a Mobile/Web test automation engineer, you should be exceptionally accurate and possess a superior mathematical aptitude. Ultimately, a top-notch test automation engineer will be proficient in programming languages and have excellent time management skills.
Responsibilities:
-Designing and Developing test automation scripts.
-Using test automation guidelines.
-Researching issues in software through testing.
-Collaborating with QA Analysts and Software Developers to develop solutions.
-Keeping updated with the latest industry developments.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software development, or a related field.
-Previous experience as a test automation engineer.
-Proficiently in programming languages such a C#, Swift and Java.
-Excellent mathematical and problem-solving skills.
-Highly accurate and detail-oriented.
-Strong knowledge on Automation Frameworks and Usage of any automation tools like Selenium, Protractor, Cypress
-Possessing Knowledge or Writing test case in any of the framework.
-Strong Knowledge of BDD Methodology
-Strong knowledge on API level automation like REST, SOAP,GRPC
-Knowledge of measuring performance KPIs, throughput, responses, etc using Jmeter
-Experience working in an agile development environment with a strong focus on rapid software development
-Experience with Functional , Performance & Reliability Automation
-Comfortable with working in AWS, Azure and similar cloud technologies
-Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills
-Strong communication skills to collaborate with designers, developers, and other relevant staff members or clients
-Proven ability to complete assigned task according to the outlined scope and timeline
-Should have knowledge of SDLC and STLC, QA methodologies and processes
-Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Git.
-Experience with testing android/iOS
-Expertise in mobile automation tools like Appium, Selendroid or SeeTess
-Should have experience in core java and swift programming language.
