A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in testing tools such as ALM, JIRA, Confluence, Neoload, WorkSoft BPP, WorkSoft Execution Manager, WorkSoft Certify, ConformIQ, and Archive Manager.
3-5yrs Experience in providing technical support for testing tools, including resolving requests and incidents, performing patch upgrades, and maintaining knowledge bases and documentation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with users and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Knowledge of software development methodologies, testing frameworks, and quality assurance processes.
Familiarity with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow.
Experience in providing technical guidance, training, and demos to users.
Knowledge of license management and usage tracking tools.
