4+ years hands-on experience in Testing Management Standards and Methodology, including test automation implementation and usage of various testing tools
3+ year experience/knowledge of functional testing on ServiceNow or other ITSM tools
1+Automated Test Framework (ATF) experience
Up-to-date knowledge of software test design and testing methodologies.
Working knowledge of test techniques and compatibility with various software programs.
Working knowledge of programming/scripting for test automation.
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
Good organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset.
