Knowledge of Duck Creek Claims System and other corresponding workflow transactions.
Experience and Knowledge of US Property and Casualty Insurance LOBs.
Good understanding of Claims life cycle phases and other Claims Transactions.
Good understanding of Regression and Functional Testing.
Develop, execute exploratory tests.
Well versed with Manual and Automated Testing.
Creates and maintains test plans and scripts.
Creates and updates defect-tracking logs and works with development teams and users to ensure that all defects are resolved.
