At least 4-6 years of experience in RPA testing including scripting /coding, SQL and knowledge of relational databases.
Robotics Process Automation project experience with one or more RPA technologies e.g., Automation Anywhere or UiPath, .
Test Automation knowledge is mandatory.
Experience with Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation of it.
Experience in using various automation components e.g. Control Room/Orchestrator, Bot creator/Studio, Bot Runner etc.
Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills.
Strong experience with different SDLC methodologies (Agile)
Experience in standard testing methodologies and tools like SVN, JIRA is mandatory.
Candidate should have strong communication skills.
Ability to support on late evenings/weekends on need basis
Automation Anywhere and UI path certification will be added advantage
Requirements
• Exposure to RPA testing.
• Analyze user stories and use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility
• Collaborate closely with architects and business analyst to understand the existing requirements
• Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression)
• Design and develop automation scripts when needed (desired)
• Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies
• Apply QA principles throughout the Agile product lifecycle
• Provide support and documentation
• Test Planning: RPA testers create test plans and strategies for verifying the functionality of automated processes. This includes defining test objectives, scope, and test cases.
• Test Case Development: They design test cases to cover various scenarios, including positive and negative test cases, to ensure the RPA bots perform as expected.
• Test Execution: RPA testers execute test cases on the robotic automation processes. This involves monitoring the bots' actions and comparing the actual results with expected outcomes.
• Defect Identification: If discrepancies or issues are found during testing, RPA testers document and report defects to the development or RPA maintenance team for resolution
