You will be responsible to undertake end-to-end test activities such as test effort estimation, test script development, test execution, defects management & resolution and test status reporting.
Work collaboratively with ADA and PE – assess test scenarios and provide test requirements based on risk-based testing methodology. Test coverage may extend beyond ERP systems
You need to manage the work in respective functional area to enable effectiveness and efficiency in meeting the targeted testing SLA and business continuity
Develop Change Request/Data Request test scripts, test conditions, input test data and expected results – especially those that require integration between modules.
Have a broad understanding of Blueprint business processes, not only in respective functional areas but also integration points.
Create, run & maintain scripts for Blueprint and connected applications of Blueprint
Ever-green documentations in their respective areas e.g. in the Test Library.
Work with the Functional Team to resolve any issues that arise out of the testing process.
Participate in improvement initiatives
Act as the coach for the new team members with regards to their role and processes
Act as the coach for new team member and guide them in estimation, data, scenarios, and execution processes.

Requirements
3-5 years of working experience, with the maximum years in SAP environment
Test Management and/or software testing certifications (e.g. ISTQB Advanced or Expert level) and Structured Testing approach (e.g. Tmap NEXT, ISTQB, IEEE, TMII)
Domain experience with SAP ERP PM and able to relate SAP functionality with business process and requirement
knowledge in SAP PM Master data and transactional activities and Familiar with entire master data, Serial number, BOM, Maintenance Task list, Measuring point, counters, PM work centers, and Maintenance plans
Good knowledge on Integration Modules like MM / QM / PS / FI-CO
Strong knowledge and experience in using HP QC / ALM
Any knowledge on automation tool (UFT, Worksoft etc), added skills
Good coordination, presentation and communication skills
Good in stakeholder management
Self-starters, able to work independently, display initiative, keen to take responsibility and learn quickly on the job
Able to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities and deadlines
