6-8 years of Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Platform Configuration, Maintenance and Testing
Experience implementing ATF and setting up test scripts within ServiceNow
ServiceNow ATF Micro-certification
Work within Agile software development process and play a key role in release quality.
Perform test validation on proposed changes
Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment tools
Ability to create, execute and maintain scripts and tools for various testing frameworks
Excellent knowledge on scripting & automation
Strong hands-on experience with REST and SOAP web services
Basic development knowledge of ServiceNow development components such as ACLs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, etc.
Analyze test requirements, and design and execute tests.
Typical tests may include system testing, user acceptance testing, performance testing,, security testing and/or test automation,
Ability to contribute to a high-performing, motivated work group by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals and realize value
Ability to contribute to the creation of an environment that facilitates high performance and motivates individuals to work together as a team
Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
What you need:
Develop, update and maintain testing standards and procedures.
Record problems and issues in accordance with the project's problem and issue management plans,
Work with the application team and/or client to resolve any issues that arise in the testing process.
At least 4 years of relevant experience in testing environment
Knowledge of at least one test tool
Bonus points if:
Strong knowledge with ServiceNow platform & modules
Strong understanding and exposure of ITSM Processes
