Responsibilities:
Work with software development teams, stakeholders, and product owners to collect, document and clarify user/business requirements; create, analyse, and maintain development/project documentation.
Perform testing to ensure developed software meets functional and technical quality standards and expectations.
Participate in planning and design sessions to understand requirements and software changes.
Develop testing strategies.
Design, document, maintain, and execute test cases.
Setup and maintain test data.
Track and document testing progress and results.
Should be able to execute automated test cases and scripts, maximize test coverage monitor automation tests; develop and optimize test data.
Provide timely feedback to engineering to ensure accuracy, compliance, and completeness.
Participate in impact analysis of changes.
Review, test and improve user interfaces and user experiences for consistency, usability, and functionality.
Identify, track and document complex issues, drive defect resolution, and troubleshoot technical issues in creative and effective ways.
Participate in improving testing processes and tools.
Assist business users in defining, planning, and executing User Acceptance Testing.
Participate in validation of production implementations.
What you will bring to the team
4 years of experience as Quality Assurance engineer.
Excellent testing skills with functional and user acceptance testing.
Knowledge with test management tools such Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, .NET, C#, Postman, SQL Server.
Knowledge on DevOps should be able to run the automated test cases throught the automated pipelines
Demonstrated ability of testing software components
Ability to function under pressure
Ability to function in a highly agile team environment
Attention to detail, strong analytical skills to review findings, strong communication skills, and strong organizational skills.
Experience in Agile SDLC methodologies and working with Agile teams.
What would be very helpful to have
Experience in UI/API testing.
Experience working in the Healthcare Technology industry
Scaled Agile Framework for the Enterprise or other Agile certification
