Job Description

PC Config Tester:

Candidate should be able to design, develop test plans and scope based on the specification of reporting requirements. Candidate should have solid experience leading Guidewire PolicyCenter testing team.

Testing on GW CLoud environment is preferred.

Should be certified in GW

GW version upgrade testing and GW Implementation project experience is a must.

Candidate should have good experience on forms inference, document validations, PC integrations, rating (premium match testing).

Candidate should be able to understand policy, billing and/ or claims lifecycle of multiple lines of business to perform thorough end-to-end testing. Worker’s compensation experience is a plus.

Able to review low level design document to furnish the feasible solutions in detail explaining the System overview, Architectural approach, Integration design including Information\Technology\Security\Testing designs, Data mapping to validate the requirements provided.

Should be able to analyse, design cases and test flow of data at each level in Java application --> Application SQL dB's and as required be able to validate ETL Transformations. Sound knowledge on SDLC process and testing best practices are expected. Experience using JIRA as defect management tool and testrail as test management tool is nice.

Roles and Responsibilities

Should be able to create test scenarios, test cases and test data for various business scenarios. He/she should be able replicate expected production data intended for functional, load and end-to -end user testing.

Should be an expert in test case creation with minimal business requirements provided in various test management tools. Experience in working Onsite/Offshore delivery model. He/ she should be able to perform database testing on SQL databases in multiple environment for Java applications.

Should be able to build source SQL queries to validate the updated corresponding Data Specifications (Policy/Billing/Claims systems and its integrations).
