As Hybris QA automation developer you will work with ecommerce teams to generate test cases, test script based on requirements, executes those scripts and reports any deficiencies during testing
Here's how you'll contribute:
As Hybris Tester you would be
Testing web-based eCommerce applications developed using SAP Hybris & Java / J2EE etc.
Work in close cooperation and actively aligns with the technical roadmap, interaction design, development and testing with similar teams Validates server solution by developing and conducting test scripts
Create and maintain necessary software documentation (code, design, architecture, testing artifacts, etc.)
Keep track and actively reduce technical debts (hardening the software) while working with other developers / leads / architects / SM / PO / etc.
Would be responsible to provide support to development of internal competency and resources for critical skill sets and be a sought-after expert that other developers can benefit from
Skills required to contribute:
Over 3-5 years of experience in functional testing
Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP Hybris testing
Has been involved in testing SAP Hybris tools such as Backoffice, SmartEdit, HAC,
Product Cockpit, CMS Cockpit and CSCockpit.
Excellent knowledge in the E-Commerce domain.
Strong knowledge of API testing using postman. Minimum 2 years of experience in API testing.
Has been involved in Requirement Analysis, writing test cases, Executing test cases, Reporting defects in JIRA and preparing test reports.
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Defect Life Cycle.
Rigorous knowledge of Agile Methodologies.
ISTQB Foundation Level Certification. (Nice to have)
Basic knowledge of JMeter or any other performance testing tools.
Exposure to Oracle SQL Developer, MySQL tools and SQL queries.
Working knowledge of Automation testing through Selenium and RestAssured
Must agree to perform only manual testing tasks + (20% automation tasks)
Educational Qualification:
Graduate in BE / B-Tech / MCA
Certification in relevant technologies is an added advantage
