Responsibilities:
To be fully responsible for writing Functional scenarios
To be responsible for planning the Regression testing
To advise on specific functionality to deliver higher quality and value to the customer.
Responsible for driving UAT and Beta testing.
Responsible for overall Product Quality
Mandatory Skills
Strong educational background (degree in Computer Science or related field)
2-3 years of strong experience working in Product company
Strong ability to create, update, and review test planning, test cases, test data, and test scenarios.
Strong ability to work closely with developers and product owners to ensure features.
Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and bug life cycle.
Involved in various testing phases like integration, regression, system, and UAT testing.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
Work closely with the business/product team and get involved in the early stage of requirement analysis.
Rapid adaptation to new technologies and tools.
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts.
Efficient self-learning and independent problem-solving.
Subject matter expertise in the healthcare domain.
Prior experience working as a business analyst.
Experience in Agile/Scrum SDLC and tools like JIRA, Confluence.
Background in the US healthcare industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in a related field.
Experience testing intranet/website pages.
