5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer covering all facets of Software Development Life cycle
5+ years of experience in quality assurance and automation testing of medium to large sized IT web-based software projects
Excellent Proficiency in Selenium and Java
Knowledge of Agile development practices
Possess strong test-driven development experience
Recent experience with creating, reviewing and maintaining automated software test suites and tools
Recent experience in training and support fellow QA testing peers to develop, integrate and execute automation application testing tools
Proficiency in working with Agile team members to identify opportunities leveraging unit, integration, functional, APIs, regression and performance testing
Proficiency in IT testing tools to leverage for analyzing application portfolio to set up a sustainable automation framework
Recent experience with contributing to the development of best practices
Past experience as a member within an Agile team to review acceptance criteria for applicable testing permutations
