Role: - Performance Test lead
Role Description
• Application Performance analysis, capacity planning, identify performance hot spots, suggest, coordinate and contribute in the application non-functional testing; Web-based, Middleware and Mainframe applications on different environments.
• Gather and Interpret Business, Technical & Service Acceptance Requirements to form the Test strategy for Non-functional End to End testing
• Provide a re-usable approach for Performance testing services across all technologies for all business units
• Collaborate with service partners and suppliers to deliver projects to high quality, on time
• Ensure training and mentoring is in place to support technology development and individual needs
• Provide guidance to the team by bringing forth industry leading practices. Ensure all best practice standards for QA NFT test planning & approach design are applied
• Lead the team in a multivendor environment.
• Periodically review all deliverables pertaining to test architecture and implementation strategies
• Validate the solution to ensure that the solution satisfies the non-functional requirements.
• Work closely with the team to provide timely and proactive feedback.
• Should attend offshore, onsite and client meetings as per the requirements.
• Should practice and exhibit UST’s core values at work: humility, humanity, and integrity.
• Should be flexible to work during overlap hours up to 11:00 PM IST based on business requirements.
Skill Requirements
• Proactive, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good exposure and knowledge in NeoLoad tool
• Good working knowledge of transactional, static applications and supporting application, integration layer, MWS technologies through Software Platforms, Front End, Back End Applications and Network Layers covering VM and Physical Servers, Main Frames, databases, MQ, MB Middleware services, networks, load balancing, clustering, stubbing across multiple IT technologies
• Ability to interpret business/product requirements and translate into appropriate test scripts and plans
• Design test architecture and test strategy
• Design and outline test environment and test data need
• Extensive experience in carrying out non-functional testing (performance, resilience and security)
• Should be experienced in contributing strategy for creating Performance Test Plans and Scenarios, while specifying approach, Strategy, Architecture, Environment
• Experience Performance testing in Agile model
• 7 to 10 years of experience in testing and quality engineering, at least 5 years' experience as NFT Test Analyst. Experience in application performance tuning and NFT is desired.

• Strong analytical and fault-finding skills
