BTech/BE/BS or equivalent
2 to 4 years of experience in design, development and maintenance of automation scripts along with manual test case design and implementation
Experience in Manual Testing, Automation Testing, Selenium, Core Java - OOPS concepts, GIT/SVN, Jenkins, Cucumber framework
Javascript, CSS, HTML experience is considered as a strength
Knowledge of the Financial Services domain is an added advantage
Working experience in an Agile/Scrum team environment
Strong interest and desire to learn BPM using Pega Platform
Results-oriented – focused on delivering results not just activities
Ability to analyse, identify and solve problems
Exhibit a commitment to continuous learning and development
Meet aggressive deadlines and handle the pressure associated with it
Adaptable to frequent change
Partner with internal clients, like Product Managers/ platform teams, to align business goals with quality results.
