Must have an Automotive Products knowledge (Preferable: Automotive – Electrification – BCM, PEPS, Seat)
Should have an experience in Requirement management tool DOOR’s.
Must have an experience in Test plan, Test design strategies, Test execution, Test reports, Defect reporting
Ability to use Test equipment’s such CRO, Multimeter, Power supply
Must have an experience in Manual and Automation(HIL) testing.
Should have an experience in using CAN tools . Ex: CANoe , CANape
Should have an experience in Configuration and Change Management Tools. Ex: SVN, JIRA
Should have an experience in Automotive protocols such as CAN and LIN.
Should have an experience in Diagnostic specifications. Example: UDS,KWP
Should have an experience in Software development life cycle – V model/Agile
Knowledge of industry applicable standards (ASPICE/CMMi/ISO 26262)
Experience in scripting language such as CAPL, Python is added advantage.
Should have good experience with customer interaction/handling.
Should be proactive, possess good communication & interpersonal skills
