We are looking for a manual QA along with test automation skills to join Structured derivatives IT team. As part of Markets Execution Technology (ME) the role is primarily focused on Front Office Sales but works closely with Trading, Structuring and Middle Office. The role requires Delivery of test plan, test scenarios & test closure as per provided requirements & timelines. This role spans across working on multiple projects or modules and coordinating with teams to understand requirements, test planning, test execution, functional and automation testing across different teams.
What will you be doing?
• You are expected to test the application as per the functional requirements.
• You are expected to make technical decisions that require a strong understanding of the problem domain
• You are expected to collaborate and communicate globally with other developers, testers and team leads to test the applications/features.
• You are expected to work on one or multiple projects of varying complexity, undertaking the following activities, maintaining overall accountability for the work of the team in terms of quality and timeliness of delivery.
• You are expected to have strong understanding on functional testing, regression testing, system testing, integration testing and test life cycle.
• You are expected to adhere to Policies & Standards appropriate to the role - outlined in the Code of Conduct and mandatory training.
What we’re looking for:
• 7-12 Years of experience in the area of application testing.
• Experience in manual functional testing.
• Experience in test automation.
• Basic experience on SQL.
• Proven Agile experience (preferably Scrum/Kanban)
• Strong analytical skills

• Overall should be confident, enthusiastic and proactive
• Ability to escalate issue to management as appropriate
• Not be afraid to go/call to team members to solve any found issues.
• A good understanding of software test life cycle.
• Knowledge of test automation.
• Knowledge of Capital Markets and Equity Structured Derivatives.
• Experience on testing Sales and Trading application.
