Responsible for performing and leading the integration, system, and regression testing of software for manual/UAT test execution
Responsible for partnering with project/product management for resource ramp up/ramp down, identifying resources/skills, resource allocation, task assignment/delegation as part of agile delivery.
Maintain schedules and coordinates activities for project efforts while maintaining high quality execution.
Responsible for following best practices around testing, defect tracking, test suite maintainability, trainings and quality
Manage own time and the time of other testers on projects according to estimates developed during project planning
Tracking team’s performance and motivate to achieve the targets. Conducting Monthly performance review
Responsible for creating reporting and identifying process improvements
Responsible for partnering with line of business in the evolution and execution of projects and ensuring the quality of all new features and project releases

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of work-related experience in mortgage industry.
2+ years of recent, residential, mortgage servicing experience as a team
Lead/supervisor preferred
Experience and Knowledge in UAT testing or Manual testing.
Hands on experience on SQL (Analytical Functions and complex queries)
Experience in software development and testing- Functional, Manual/UAT testing.
Experience in Mortgage domain and knowledge of servicing industry.
Proven ability to collaborate and work horizontally throughout a complex organization.
Creative thinking and excellent problem-solving skills.
Process oriented and able to work independently with very minimal supervision.
