The Technical Lead Test Engineer should be able to design, implement and execute an automation test plan, implement automation - performance scripts, debug software products through the use of systematic tests to develop, apply and maintain quality standards for company products. Analyze and write test standards and procedures, maintain documentation, test results, debug and recommend corrective solutions, take actions to resolve the problems and consults with product owners, development leads and engineers to ensure the product quality is maintained as expected. Provide feedback in preparation of technical appraisals of programming languages, systems and software.
Responsibilities:
Work with cross-functional teams to develop and validate SW test methods and tools
Manage the definition of test methods and the creation of test plans for new or updated software
Write test automation scripts, and participate in code reviews
Help drive decisions about test automation strategies
Compose, execute and assess results of functional and non-functional tests according to the defined by the test strategy
Configure and manage test environments
Perform regression tests to ensure software functionality for internal research and product software pipelines
Identify and manage issues and provide recommendations to stakeholders
Promote agile software development best practices and test-driven development culture
Provide detailed bug reports to engineering team using JIRA
Requirement:
10 -12 Years of hands on experience in Software API and Automation in web applications, Selenium, Web Drive Test Management, Playwright, design, development, and Quality Assurance
• Experience in designing developing Test Strategies
• Working experience with Locust performance tool or JMeter
• Experience with with experience performance automation script execution
• Experience with java scripts, Java, Oracle DB,SQL, AWS, OOP concepts
• Experience with Load testing, Scalability Testing, Server Health Monitoring - CPU utilization analysis
• Knowledge of operating systems, Safe, HP ALM
• Experience with Perf infra setup on AWS cloud
• Working experience with Bitbucket, Github, Maven, Jenkins, AWS Cloud, Dockers,
• Knowledge of API, SOAP UI, Postman, Selenium, REST API, IntelliJ, Eclipse
• Knowledge of Intellij or Eclipse, CI/CD pipeline
• Experience working in an Agile development organization and JIRA
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Effective time management skills to meet deadlines
• Healthcare background and experience with healthcare applications in 5-7+ years is a must

Qualifications:
