• 3+ years Testing experience, preferably with experience in Operational and Project functions
• Working understanding of project delivery lifecycles, disciplines and procedures
• Proven ability to adopt a Risk Analysis approach for Test Planning & Execution of required testing phases, including implementation verification
• Hands on experience in designing Test Approaches (Functional and non-functional, test design and test phasing), based on customer coverage and risk appetite
• Hand on experience in documenting fit for purpose Test plans, Test Acceptance, Test Scenarios and Data needs
• Proven ability to establish and run defect management process within Squads
• Proven ability to execute and/or Lead test execution as per the Test Plan and agreed scripts
• Proven ability to create and maintain test cases, traceability and execution status in JIRA & Confluence
• Proven ability to track and report test execution, test coverage and defects
• Proven ability to document Test findings and recommend positions to move forward
• Ability to navigate through difficult problems and work autonomously on tasks with a reasonable complexity.
• Proven communication and presentation skills including senior stakeholder level, risk committees and governance forums
• Ability to work in a dynamic, agile and sometimes ambiguous environment
• Ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities and propose solutions to simplify and automate testing activities
• Ability to work under pressure, without sacrificing quality whiles working at speed
• Collaboration and negotiation skills to foster desired business outcome
The ‘good to have’ knowledge, skill and experience (KSE) the role requires are:
• Knowledge on CRS and FATCA tax compliance obligations
• Hands on experience with Test Automation
• Working understanding of Performance and Volume testing
• Working understanding of Security Testing
• Some domain knowledge of impacted business units.
