Main Responsibilities:
Good knowledge of the SDLC (Requirement’s analysis, Test design, Test execution & reporting, Test/Phase closure)
Liaise with the Solution Team, Platform Leads to understand Functional Design, Platform Architecture, and design the test scenarios
Support the testing activities during SIT, UAT and Production
Attend the project meetings and co ordination with PM on the Test Scheduling etc
Design functional test scenarios, execute them, log, and track defects to closure
Sending Daily & Weekly Test summary report to the project team
Professional Skills
2 to 4 years of Functional Testing experience in D365 FinOps (ERP)
Good understanding of Agile Methodology, Waterfall Methodology
Analyse the MSD365FO CRs and write Test scenarios/cases!
Work to the overall test plan
Develop and execute manual test scripts for MSD365FO.
Provide inputs to the Test Effort Estimations
Should have the Functional process & workflow knowledge on PTP, OTC,RTR and CJL
Should have good knowledge & experience on modules- Accounts payable, Accounts receivable , Fixed assets, General Ledger etc..,
Develop and execute regression Test cases.
Should be able to provide Demo to Business on the Test Execution
Follow up with Business for Approval, post Demo sessions.
Detect and raise bugs in the AzureDevOps tool with appropriate level of priority
Participate in Testing Meetings to track, triage & prioritize defects
Raising testing blockers to the project manager and support them with unblocking them.
Build strong relationships with internal users and stakeholders to manage them through UAT.
Provide timely test reports to the Test/Project manager to give confidence on quality of solution.
Manage accuracy in AzureDevOps of test cases and their execution.
Produce data sheet for execution of test cases.
Good to have knowledge on RSAT – ERP Automation Tool
Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as good written and oral communication skills
