Plan, manage and report on all aspects of Testing for a large delivery programme.
Role and Responsibilities:
Planning, coordination, and control of the various test activities
Lead activities for Test Scoping, prepare environments, test data, Run schedule, Defect Triages, Training needs etc
Producing and obtaining approval for plans and schedules
Creation of Test artefacts
Identification of stakeholders and resources
Identification and approval of Test scope
Maintain effective usage of test management tools to maintain status and progress transparent
Day to day management and control of the testing team
Documentation of the test activities and preparation of the results
Supporting triage of defects and issues
Lead test closing activities with due handover to production support teams.
Definition and monitoring of quality goals
Responsible for the planning, coordination, and control of various test activities
Create a test strategy that analyses which test methods and tools are suitable and used for test activities
Create and own test project plan
Governance across all testing phases
Ensure test traceability and coverage
Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical field from an accredited college/university
10+ years of experience in SAP implementation or SAP business process improvement, specifically in the areas of testing SAP O2C, R2R, P2P roll out experience.
Proven Test management in large complex environments / programmes
Jira / Zephyr experience
Preferred to have some IT landscape knowledge.
Strong stakeholder and people management skills
Communicate effectively in large forums with ability to bring different teams to the unified expectations
Experienced in test management of large programs in complex People and IT landscape
Functional Knowledge in Retail, Purchasing and Accounting domains
Background in testing and acceptance
Experienced in IT delivery supporting business transformation programs
Experience using multiple resource models including domestic, offshore, onshore and multi-country teams
Experience of risk-based testing scope management
Ability to apply testing processes and terminology to practical scenarios, supported by excellent communication skills.
