We are looking for a skilled Performance Testing who will be responsible for managing the design, planning, development, and execution of the entire Testing Life Cycle (STLC). You will be responsible for managing accessibility testing on the web and coordinating test activities within the team. Additionally, you will track and report the progress of test execution, document execution plans, and provide guidance and coaching to the development team to support QA activities.
Responsibilities:
Manage the design, test planning, development, and execution of the entire Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
Manage accessibility testing on the web to ensure compliance with accessibility standards.
Plan, schedule, execute, and coordinate test activities within the team.
Track and report the progress of test execution, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
Design, develop, and execute automation scripts to streamline testing efforts.
Mentor developers on automation best practices and assist in automation-related tasks.
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved to ensure overall system stability.
Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Design, implement, and track quality assurance metrics to measure and improve testing effectiveness.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Performance Testing Engineer with JMeter, LoadRunner, and NeoLoad,
Strong experience in designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests.
Experience in user loads for both web platforms and mobile apps, identifying bottlenecks and suggesting optimizations.
Experience in mobile app performance testing is crucial to ensure optimal responsiveness and user experience.
Effective communication, a methodical approach, and dedication to upholding performance standards are essential attributes for this role.
