The Payroll Test Analyst will be responsible for supporting the APAC (India) Payroll Test Lead with the implementation and management of the region's full end-to-end testing, planning, SIT, UAT, test script creation for new payroll systems, payroll data migration testing, and integration testing.
Support Payroll System configuration and payroll migration testing
Support the development test cases and test scripts for new regional payroll systems
Support payroll data migration testing and integration testing
Participate in defect triage meetings and assist in the resolution of defects
Contribute to regular status updates to project stakeholders
Contribute to the development of testing best practices and methodologies
Work with the WPP/WD Test Teams to continuously improve the testing process
What you'll need:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing, preferably in a payroll domain
Strong understanding of payroll systems such as ADP, Alight, Ceridian, or others.
Stong knowledge of payroll processes and regulations
Experience with Payroll System configuration and payroll migration testing
Experience with end-to-end testing, including SIT and UAT
Knowledge of testing tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or similar
Knowledge of Workday HCM is preferred.
