Your role:
• Create and drive HiL testing roadmap
• Define and Execute the Hardware-in-Loop (HiL) strategy for sub-system verification.
• Requirement analysis and test case designing from HiL prespective
• Testability review of the user needs, intended uses, system and sub-system requirements.
• Preparing test cases and test scripts for HiL
• Preparing test data and environment
• Manage HiL environment, system baseline configuration and model control
• Test planning, test cases execution and releasing the reports as per the process
• Analyze, interpret and report test results for verification testing
You're the right fit if:
• Bachelor/Master degree in Electrical/ Electronics / Instrumentation /Mechanical/ Computer Science
• Total 12+ years of experience including 6+ years in HiL Testing ( Preferably in Medical Domain).
• ISTQB certification is a plus.
• Well versed in Hardware-in-loop (HiL) architecture
• Extensive knowledge and experience on test discipline, test strategy, test authoring and reviews
• Hands-on-Experience with National Instruments (NI) hardware
• Expert in NI VeriStand and NI LabVIEW Software
• Understanding of Communication protocol such as CAN, I2C, Ethernet etc.
• Good to have knowledge of Firmware, wire harness creation etc. w.r.t. HiL
• Experience in Plant Model creation (preferable)
• Good team player and experience to manage a 2-4 members team will be a plus
• Experience in planning and execution using Agile methodology
• Understanding of development processes (Software/ HW) and System Test Lifecycle
• Hazard and norm compliance knowledge
• Structured problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
