Responsibilities:
Collaborating with global and local R&D teams, plan firmware test development, its automation and releases
Designing test cases and executing the test automation as per the R&D test strategy
Leading the team to explore the gaps in quality and design challenging test scenarios with automation
Leading the CI/CD activities from the local R&D and align with the global DevOps strategy
Demonstrating strong commitment to quality culture in ABB R&D. Taking risk, share success and failures in the team. Innovative thinking and challenging the current situations

Your background:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electronics, electrical engineering or related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in test automation, testing, test planning and test strategies
Strong knowledge about test automation, CI/CD processes, Jenkins or equivalent tool
Programming skills in python, C# with good OOPs concepts
Good hands on knowledge on any test automation frame work or equivalent test frameworks
Hands on experience in creating CI/CD pipelines, writing test automation scripts and creative exploratory testing
Having knowledge on Drives, DCS Systems and PLC will have an added advantage
