The Test Automation Engineer will work within agile Software Development teams to implement, and validate software based on business-driven requirements. Using a risk-based approach, utilize software engineering department QA Team standards and frameworks to design, document, develop, and execute manual test and automated testing scripts. Collaborate closely across agile teams driving efficiency in the QA process and engage with others to test applications and develop effective solutions for complex problems.

Design, document, develop manual test cases
Engage with others to help build and maintain test automation frameworks and shared solutions
Collaborate closely across agile teams driving efficiency in the QA process
Engage with others to develop effective solutions for complex problems and validate applications
Design, develop, and support automated UI testing suites using Cucumber, Cypress, and Selenium
Qualifications and Experience
5+ years of experience in application testing using a variety of manual and automated technologies
Possess excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience validating and verifying software applications
Possess technical support capabilities for test automation tools and environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desirable, but not required:
Jira or ADO proficient
qTest or similar testing tool familiarity
Experience developing scripts for creating data used for testing.
Working knowledge of test automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Postman
Working knowledge of programming languages and database query tools such as C#, Java, Python, or SQL
Experience with load testing methodologies and tools such as JMeter
Experience with agile development methodologies such as Kanban and Scrum
