Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Responsible for general increase in the degree of automation of regression tests in our OnePLM program.
• Build automation for testing web application like Siemens Teamcenter AWC and other integrated tools like SAP, NX, Cadence, Polarion, etc. (Web, Desktop, Java, .Net, …)
• Support the team in creating, maintaining and performing automated regression testing.
• Write and execute functional and non-functional tests at each level, and debug and refactor the test code/script.
• Hands-on integration of test automation into continuous development approach.
• Design and develop automation solution and frameworks that can be used by functional testers to perform testing in automated scenarios.
• Continuous improvement of PLM automated testing framework.
Background & Skills
The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
• Bachelors / Masters engineering degree in Mechanical, Computer/IT, Electronics.
• 4+ years of experience with test automation like Tosca and Selenium and methods/frameworks, preferably Tosca.
• 2+ years of experience with test automation in Teamcenter with Tosca.
• Test automation experience in TC integration with NX, SAP, Cadence, Polarion, with Tosca will be an added advantage.
• Experienced in Tosca all modules (requirements, Test case, Modules, Test case design, Execution, etc.)
• Technical knowledge in test frameworks and In-depth knowledge of setting up CI / CD pipelines with Azure Devops.
• Hands On to work TDS (Test data Service) for automatic test data creation with Tosca
• Experience in Teamcenter UA, especially AWC.
• Good understanding of Teamcenter modules: Schedule Manager, WF designer, Access Manager, Document Management, Structure Manager, Classification, Change Management.
• Strong interpersonal communication and report writing skills.
• Adapt and share your knowledge and best practice.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
• Self-driven and team player.
