• design, build & maintain an automation framework for testing the department's systems globally
• synchronize with the developers, business analysts and the program test manager and maintain the Automation Strategy
• define the automation book of work & work with the team to deliver efficiencies & productivity improvements via test automation
• Maintain automated scripts, fix automation bugs
• perform the requirement analysis and provide the required test coverage
• Run the automated test cases, archive the evidence to meet the regulatory requirement
Your expertise
• 14+ years of working experience in testing with 7 + years IT test automation.
• in-depth engineering skills, technical and architectural understanding with particular focus on CI/CD & Continuous Testing technologies (service design and automation
• Experience in Scrum / Agile methodology
• Full understanding of SDLC, QA/Defect lifecycle.
• Significant experience in a range of modern Automation technology / tools such as Robot Framework, Cucumber, SOAP UI, JBehave etc. with a good understanding of Behavior/Test Driven Development and Continuous Testing
• Experience in orchestrating multi-tier Automation frameworks that can be utilized at both a platform and service level, ideally within CI/CD DevOps environment
• Client focused and proven ability to motivate and challenge teams to strive to exceed client expectations and building collaborative partnerships
• Open minded, eager to learn and self-motivated
• Strategic thinker; strong conceptual capability..
