Responsibilities:
• Work with stakeholders to understand the requirements and implementation; construct and agree testcase scope
• Configure, execute, and report on test phases/test cycles
• In case of issues you will perform a first analysis of the underlying cause and work with the stakeholders in a constructive manner to achieve the desired outcome.
• Configure and automate reports and extract reconciliations
• Work with business analysts, developers, and vendors to resolve issues
• Review and quality assure test cases
• Execution of the automation part as part of the regression process
• Execution of the automation pack on the Unix server
Skills
Must have
Key Skills:
• 5+ experience of Murex 3.1 functional / regression testing
• Experience on Murex Integration testing
• Experience in test automation tools (like ONYX, MxTest) is a MUST
• Experience across Market Data Systems and tools is a plus
• Good knowledge of Global Markets across multiple asset classes
• Design and document manual test cases to include the full test coverage required
• Review and quality assure test cases
• Configure, execute, and report on test phases/test cycles
• Working with project team and vendor to ensure timely resolution of defects
• Ability to work with (or willingness to learn) common technologies surrounding the Murex platform: Autosys, Unix, Jenkins, JIRA
• Experienced in building a test automation suite and repeatable testing processes (desirable)
Nice to have
• Document all developments and promote knowledge sharing within the test team and the company as a whole (desirable)
• Worked on other interface such as Markitwire, Wallstreet, ION
