Mandatory Skills:
Hands on experience in test automation using Selenium (mandatory) & UFT (optional)
Expert in development for automation framework and solution design for web, mobile and desktop applications (mandatory)
Expert in integration of automated testing with Devops pipeline (mandatory)
Hands-on experience in any of the low code – no code automation tools
Experience in test automation enabled with AI/ ML
Excellent knowledge in programming languages – Java (mandatory) and VB Script (optional)
Excellent knowledge in scripting languages – Perl/ Python/ Ruby (desired)
Experience in automating mobile applications in both Android and IOS (optional)
Job Description:
Design and implement test automation framework for web apps, desktop applications and various packaged applications like SFDC, SAP, PeopleSoft etc.
Understanding the automation requirement and developing solution design for complex application work flows and integrations.
Understand business requirements and develop automated test scripts
Set up execution infrastructure and deploy hands free execution on a regular basis
Failure analysis and derive actions to improve quality
Integration of automated testing with Devops pipeline to enable continuous hands-free regression execution.
Design and architect test infrastructure to ensure cycle time and schedule goals are met.
Deliver cycle time and quality improvement goals by implementing robust and scale-able automated testing solution
Develop technology and tools road-map for automated testing.
Develop and execute knowledge enhancement strategy to ensure the team is scaled up on the latest technology.
Ensuring quality of deliverables from team, by implementing effective quality control and review mechanism.
Collaborate with Core Business groups to identify the potential areas and come up with automation solutions.
Ability to effectively interact with Customers and global teams.
Follow & drive metrics based quality management in automation team.
Proactively raise any issues along with possible solutions that may impact the team’s ability to meet project milestones.
Identify and communicate opportunities for improvement in the test/automation process.
Design automation strategy & solution for mobile applications ported in Android and IOS.
Experience on scripting languages like Perl/Python will be an added advantage
Excellent problem solving and communication skill.
Ability to think logically and intuitively.
