Development/Review of Test Plans. Creates estimates for testing.
Clearly understands and communicates client requirements internally
Creation of test objectives, test scripts, test scenarios, test cases and test data, and performs the reviews of these items.
Assists with release, configuration, build, stream and ticket management. Responsible for managing client expectations with respect to projects deliverables, quality and schedules.
Consults, coordinates and communicates with architects, project team leaders and members to maintain technical integrity of the project
30% Participates in developing project schedule and ensures that the project tracks to it, through delivery.
Prepares defect tracking with statistical analysis for review
Contributes to the Quality Plan and Coordinates own tasks to meet project schedules 30%

You should have
Minimum 7 years’ experience in a software development or testing role plus other qualification
Experience in developing and executing test plans and scripts
Able to gain full understanding of client requirements; good understanding of more than one CSG product; solid understanding of at least one CSG product.
Broad understanding of UNIX operating environment
Knowledge of at least one programming, ability to analyze defects
Advanced knowledge of industry standards and procedures in Software Testing.
Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and diagnose problems that are complex or may be vague.
Have excellent communication skills to reach consensus with team members and customers.
Strong telco industry experience in charging and mediation preferably in 5G, but a must for 4G.
Knowledge of Diameter Gy would be a must and ideally H2 N40.
An additional distinct advantage is experience in some of the following;
Experience with multi-user, complex software applications preferred
Telecommunications industry experience and related product knowledge preferred
Preferably they would also know policy/PCC in telco industry with knowledge of Gx, N7, Rx, N5 and the like.
