Key Job Responsibilities:
• Test Case Development: Creating detailed test cases based on requirements and design specifications to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Maintaining test documentation such as test plans, test cases, and test results to ensure traceability and facilitate knowledge transfer within the team.
• Test Execution: Conducting various types of testing such as functional, integration, regression, and performance testing to identify defects and ensure the product meets quality standards.
• Defect Reporting and Tracking: Documenting defects found during testing, including steps to reproduce, severity, and impact on the product, and tracking them to resolution.
• Test Automation: Developing and maintaining automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage, particularly for repetitive or time-consuming test cases.
Technical Skills Required (In Brief):
• Hands-on experience in Appium framework
• Should have written automated mobile testing using Appium for both Android and iOS platforms.
• Working knowledge in Git
