Responsibilities:
Lead Solution/Technical Design portfolio and end-to-end engagement of all Test Automation functions.
Understands continuous integration and continuous delivery; capable of building robust, automated testing suites through all environments.
Collaborate with IT Business corporate functions and business teams, and provide technical advice as necessary
Govern all Test Automation Build and Run engagements with IT, Business stakeholders, and Vendor Leads
Technical Skillset:
Cypress/Selenium/Playwright, C#, JavaScript, Strong SQL knowledge, API Testing (Postman/Swagger)
Good To Have:
Azure and Dev ops, Performance testing experience, Role-Based Security Testing.
Knowledge & Skills:
Confidence & excellent communication
Build and Mentor team of Test Automation technologists, and groom them to evolve as technical-functional SMEs
Leadership abilities to deliver and manage expectation from Test practice towards overall delivery
Keen innovator and has ability to innovate and think out of Box Roles and responsibilities
Apply quality engineering principals throughout the product lifecycle.
Analyse user stories/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility.
Design and develop automation robust/ reusable test automation framework.
Execute all levels of testing (Functional, System, Integration, API, Performance and Regression).
Write and execute automated regression scripts.
Run manual and automated tests.
Build and maintain continuous delivery pipeline((Dev ops).
Experience: >15 Yrs. of Experience in QA Management and Test practice setups
Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
