• B.Tech With CSC/ECE
• 10+ years of relevant experience in test Automation
• Experience with Test automation tools like Selenium, ROBOT etc.
• Experience in scripting language (Shell / Python) and automation framework
• Define the load model, capacity, and non-functional requirements.
• Participate actively in planning, grooming, refinement, implementation and execution of tests within the frame of specific project
• Align Product Test Strategy with Automation and Continuous Integration Strategy to get fast feedback
• Design test environments with Applications, traffic and mimic customer environments
• Experience in working with SNMP based Network Elements (SNMP – CLI, MIB browser)
• Responsible for the e2e Non functional requirements, execution and quality.
• Responsible for the overall quality of the product in Non-functional requirements.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Quality Center, DOORS, Pronto
Job Responsibilities:
• Coach and lead the Team on E2E Test Principles, Automation & Execution
• Drive Quality improvement actions, propose and prioritize testability improvements.
• Ensure SW/HW meets quality criteria via execution of test cases, reporting discovered faults and supporting/driving faults correction deliveries
• Continuous analysis of the faults, escape defects and guide in the improvement actions.
• Act as a decision maker if there is ambiguity concerning test scope / interpretation of test results
• Lead RCA/EDA and other quality practices and propose improvements
• functional and Performance testing.
• Coaches other team members in solving complex engineering problems at Component and System level, supports during troubleshooting and debugging of the issues.
