Must Have:
- 7+ Years of testing background of which atleast 3+ years leading testing team in SAP based projects.
- Hands-on experience in some of the SAP modules & Tricentris
- Managed team of 10+ consultants involving manual & automation testers
- Planning tasks for testing team, tracking, reporting & review with customer.
- Plan for relevant test data, data refresh
- Experience in defects tracking in Tricentis during the SIT execution phase and track them to closure
- Updating of Test Scripts on a stable code before the start of performance testing
- Performance testing on copies of both Production and QAT environments (as required) and compare the results
- Submission of report to key stakeholders on the findings of the performance testing
- Present the report on Observations and Recommendations presented to the stakeholders
- Coordinate test activities and associated resources across the scope of the UHB Program
- Ensure that Test deliverables are created using Customer's approved tools
Key Accountabilities:
- will be accountable for delivering all test phases (after unit test) for the Programme and all associated work streams
- Ensuring alignment with the Release Project Manager, project plans, activities, deliverables and milestones
- Owns the project test strategy across all test phases
- The execution of the testing strategy in accordance with the test plan.
- Ensuring each test plan is integrated with project delivery plans
- Accountable for deliverable sign offs, approvals of all major milestones
- Accountable for workstream progress tracking against the plan and resource forecasts
- Accountable for end-to-end delivery of the testing and shares accountability for success with the Release Project Manager
