Responsible for defining test plans for design verification, system testing, and compliance testing on systems that include Platform and Multimedia software.
Responsible for driving the test development including definition and implementation of test system hardware and software to support manual and automated testing.
Work with both a local lead and remote teams on debugging issues and implementing automotive features.
Manage deliverables on IVI and ADAS programs across respective Tech Verticals.
Involve in Day to day activities will include testing automotive software in sanity, system stability, CTS, performance and Feature testing.
Leading the team technically and guiding them on a day to day basis.
ASPICE process adherence
Monthly management updates and call out the challenges/risks.
Skill set: -
Exposure to Android / QNX OS is a must.
Expertise in end to end system testing (Mobile / Automotive)
14-16 years’ work experience in embedded SW test
Software programming, such as C/C++/Java is a plus, scripting is a must(perl, python, shell)
Strong communication skills (written and verbal), working with teams across multiple time zones.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 6+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience. OR
Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 5+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience. OR
PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
3+ years of work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
