We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Software Quality Process Lead & Auditor to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining standardized testing processes, methodologies, and best practices within clients Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE).
This role involves implementing and overseeing quality assurance procedures to ensure compliance with established processes, as well as identifying areas for process improvements and efficiency gains in testing activities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in software quality assurance, process management, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of testing processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience in implementing and overseeing quality assurance procedures to ensure compliance with established processes and standards.
• Ability to identify areas for process improvements and efficiency gains, and to drive implementation of enhancements.
• Knowledge of relevant standards, regulations, and compliance requirements, such as ISO standards and industry-specific regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
