Test Lead will be responsible for understanding the business context of the organization and providing leadership to the existing team for test automation. The successful candidate will be required to build a good automation team and NFR test team while working with experts from different technologies of relevance for EIIG. The Test Lead will also need to be able to define a framework for key technologies to begin with, which will be provided by Orion. Additionally, the Test Lead will need to be a good learner and quickly learn different technologies to enable the testing process, extend the framework, and automate testing.5+ years of experience developing high quality database solutions
Good in automation in ui based and non ui based.
End to end test process understanding and articulation
Provide leadership to the existing team for test automation
Understanding of etl testing
Understanding of pattern based testing
Fast learner
Computer science will be a big plus

Learn different technologies quickly to enable the testing process, extend the framework, and automate testing
Identify and prioritize testing requirements based on business needs
Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts
Ensure that all testing activities are completed on time and within budget
Work with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure that testing is integrated into the software development life cycle
Implement and maintain automated testing tools and processes
Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvements
Provide regular updates to project stakeholders on testing progress and issues
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
At least 6 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Experience in building and managing test automation and NFR test teams
Experience with different testing methodologies, including manual and automated testing
Ability to learn new technologies quickly and extend testing frameworks
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, and JMeter
Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
