We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manual Testing Lead with a profound understanding of specific domains to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in leading manual testing efforts, ensuring the quality of our software products, and leveraging their expertise in the domain.
Requirement
The ideal candidate should have a min. 3 years of experience in hands-on test case writing, execution, and defect creation.
US customer interaction experience is must
Must maintain teams performance & productivity at the desired level.
Should lead the projects to completion within SLAs
Should be able to switch between customer domains/products
Should be able to understand different domains by referring to the internet and self-learning.
Excellent analytical and logical skills to be able to think through the new application and strategize testing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Agile software development methodology and best practices.
Exposure to TFS/JIRA
Good to have automation testing experience.
The responsibilities in this position shall include:
Active client interaction.
Understand the requirement and prepare a test plan/test strategy accordingly.
Gather an understanding of customer pain areas and be able to cover them as part of the test strategy and provide a regression solution..
Explore the application to define the test strategy and write test scenarios
Independently able to understand new domains.
Collaborate with customers as well as Webomates stakeholders across the organization to ensure business alignment.
