Job Description

Test Manager Role Responsibilities:
Overall planning and coordination of testing
Create test plan and check implementation during test
Responsible for appropriation of MF ALM / other test documentation tools like TFS, JIRA, SOLMAN etc.
Assure quality of test artifacts and conformity to procedure defined in test plan, Risk management incl. implementation of respective measures
Provide status reports to the project manager about test progress and test results
Responsible for test result tracking and defect management
Conduct status meetings with project team
Test tool support for project team

Professional & personal requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in Testing
Good in testing and know-how of MF ALM / other test documentation tools like TFS, JIRA, SOLMAN etc.
Process Know-how in minimum one SAP process area / Other ERP tools
Ideally ISTQB Advanced level Test Manager certification or at least Foundation level
Project management Skills, Logical thinking, solution-oriented
Good communication skills in English
Intercultural, open minded, team-player, flexible and reliable
