Must have strong knowledge of the Testing Process & Methodology
Must have strong knowledge of Testing Types, TMMI Standards
3+ years of experience in API Testing & Database testing
2+ years of experience in Managing Testing teams & processes.
5+ years of experience in Functional UI Testing
Must have worked on Agile Management tools like JIRA
Must have worked on Integration testing.
Must have worked on Manual Testing and aware of Defect Bug life cycle.
Must have worked on Agile projects and aware of the Scrum process.
Experience in Documentation using Confluence is added advantage
Experience in Product Testing is added advantage

Roles & Responsibilities
As a Testing Manager will be involved in Defining the testing process for the product testing with the Scrum master & product Manager
Should be able to communicate with different solution owners in improving the testing process
Should be able to play the role of both Testing Manager and Test Engineer
Should support the development team in completing the testing activities
Should coordinate and complete the testing activities for the QG on Monthly basis.
