Job Description

· Setting up of testing processes and standardization for QA

· Understanding business requirements in coordination with stakeholders (PO, Project Manager/Scrum Master)

· Test engagement activities and Coordination withstakeholders

· Test Plan Preparation (Include rework based on QG level)

· Traceability management, Requirements and Test case reviews.

· Test Estimation as per the Sprint and activity plan

· Defining defect management life cycle

· Review Project Test Progress with PO

· Prioritizing the Defect with PO (Defect Triage Report)

· Review test deliverables, processes and practices on a continuous basis

· Coordinating between Functional Test Team andProduct application development team

· Test Automation plan/supportUnderstand testing expectations. Experience in setting up test automation processes and Selenium with Java framework development and utilization
