Job Description

Experience in Test management (Strategy, Planning, Scope, Execution, Prioritization, Closure)
Experience in leading technical testing projects
Experience to experience on HiL testing environments (ETAS/dSPACE/NI )
Good experience with ISO26262, ASPICE.
Exposure to CAN tools like CANoe, CANalyzer or CANape , INCA
Exposure to Automotive SDLC - V model and SAFe
Advanced hardware level understanding and debugging.
Know how on HIL testing standards and procedures.
Ability to learn and adapt to evolving tools/technologies
ISTQB Foundation Certification mandatory; ISTQB Test Manager Certification preferrable.
Assertive, collaborative and continuous improvement/learning attitude

Additional Skills (nice to have):
Project management certifications
Unit level Test and integration level test methodology understanding
Ability to work with diverse teams
Logical, Analytical and Debugging/Problem-Solving skills.
Automotive background preferred
Experience in testing of ECU Control Software in MIL (Model-in-loop) and SIL (Software-in-Loop)
OEM/Onsite experience, direct interaction with Requirement Owner preferred.
